Who is the Rogue Chef?

Stefan Pena began his culinary passion in his teen years working at fine dining establishments throughout Central Oregon and Portland. He has worked in a variety of atmospheres, including breweries, bistros, taverns, tapas-style restaurants, in addition to fine dining. This diversity has given Stefan the ability to work dynamically with many different styles of cuisine. He and his wife, Meagan and two children live in Tumalo, OR. His two adult sons, Shane and Rayne, were two of the first Rogue Chef employees and helped cater weddings and events throughout Southern Oregon, including for Dutch Bros HQ private events and for the Brit Festival in Jacksonville. The Penas love the community of Tumalo, hiking with their pups, floating the river, BBQing, or hanging at the Bite, of course! Thanks for supporting small business!
