Who is the Rogue Chef?

Stefan Pena began his culinary passion in his teen years working at fine dining establishments throughout Central Oregon. Chef by age 20, he trained and directed the cooking staff for a large hotel and convention center in Bend. He oversaw the operations of the hotel's restaurant as well as banquets.

During the course of his career, he has worked in a variety of atmospheres, including breweries, bistros, taverns, tapas-style restaurants, in addition to fine dining. This diversity has given Stefan an appreciation for as well as the ability to work dynamically with many different styles of cuisine.
