A three-day brining process followed by a cold mesquite smoke infuses our Double-R Ranch brisket with exquisite flavor. Our house-cured pastrami is the key part of our Rogue Reuben Sandwich, with cocoa rye bread, house Russian dressing, and sauerkraut for texture. The Reuben is normally on the menu, but always sells out quickly as it’s the most popular item!
