Hello Everyone,
We are so excited to announce that we are expecting a little girl on June 1st! For those of you who wondered why our calendar is booked for May and the first part of June, this is why! We didn't want to take any catering gigs during this time in case our little bundle decided to arrive early, or late for that matter.

A three-day brining process followed by a cold mesquite smoke infuses our Double-R Ranch brisket with exquisite flavor. Our house-cured pastrami is the key part of our Rogue Reuben Sandwich, with cocoa rye bread, house Russian dressing, and sauerkraut for texture.
